Poor communication. Took my truck in for repair. I had taken in prior and had same experience, after accepting my truck and having it all day, they told me they did not have the part in stock and I would have to return in the future when parts were available. This happened twice, why would they schedule the appointment. This second time I asked and they verified they had the part only to keep the truck all day and tell me the same thing at the end of the day. Disappointed! To top it off, Service Manager Raul said he was having parts delivery expedited in 3 to 5 days and he would call me back to come in. It's been 2 weeks and no call.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Autonation Chevrolet in Gilbert. Luis was great and very easy to work with. We did not ever feel pressure and though the choices were limited, we ended up with the perfect vehicle for us. It was nice to work with staff that we felt put our wants and needs ahead of everything else.
Easy, and not pushy. Got exactly what I came in shopping for.
I was in and out in less the two hours, got the car i wanted (finally got my dream car) and everyone was outrageously nice and helpful, this place does not fit the slimy dealer name that most of us think when we hear go to the dealer. 10 stars across the board! Thank you Rich!!
