Ivan was our technician when I brought my son’s truck in for service and an overall checkup while he was home for college. He was also having an issue with a tire sensor that kept saying the tires were low when they were not. Ivan wrote down our concerns and told me he would keep me updated. He kept us updated the entire time our vehicle remained at the dealership, took great care of us and even used a couple of coupons that your dealership had sent to me for a variety of services that were performed. My overall expectations of service and customer satisfaction were exceeded.
