Bait and switch pricing. I had a coupon for oil change for 74.95 and a coupon for additional 20% off if scheduling Tuesday - Friday 12-5pm. (Service was scheduled for Thursday afternoon). Was told that only one coupon could be used (not what the coupons say), and ended up with a charge of $83.
