I want to thank Kiara Raske, Assistant Service Manager and Gary Stajcar, Service Director at AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert. I took me 2014 Corvette in for service and received a call from Kiara that an accidental leak had occurred on the paint surface ( front quarter panel) of the Vette. I looked at the surface and advised that I had a ceramic coating put on the car and would need to take the car to Hyer Detail to inspect the damage done. Both Gary and Kiara were agreeable to the plan and reassured me that AutoNation would reimburse me for damages done. I did take the car to Hyer and was advised no permanent damage was done. Both Kiara and Gary were honest and transparent during this situation. Integrity is an important quality for employees to have and Kiara and Gary were up front and reassuring during this process.
