Ivan the Service Writer was great. He listened to my concerns and ensured he understood what I wanted and needed with my service appointment for my Corvette. He resolved one of the three issues immediately and I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and its options. Ivan kept me posted throughout the servicing of my vehicle and showed me photos of the air filter then asked me if I wanted to replace it or not. I appreciate and value the fact that he cared enough about me as a paying customer to ask what I wanted rather than assume I would want it replaced. It was replaced. The oil was changed, the battery charged and now it runs smooth and great. Ivan is awesome and I prefer to work with him each time I bring my Corvette in.
