My truck is about to turn 100K miles which required a series of maintenance. I had an appointment and dropped the truck off the night before. I received a text from Jennifer the next morning, letting me know that she will be taking care of my account and will keep my updated throughout the day. As the day went on, it was clear my truck wasn't going to be finished. Jennifer quickly contacted me and offered a loaner truck. The next day, all the work was completed and was done very well. I appreciate Jennifer the the crew for taking care of the truck, plus being honest about the timing and taking care of me with the loaner.
