Everything went great until we got home. First as excepted it took way to long to negotiate price, trade in and warranties. Main problem is when we left: 1. No demo of car features. 2. Said SUV was charged? Turned out to be 27%. Which caused us several problems and eventually ended back at the dealership using their level 3 charger taking 2+ hours. 3. Owners manual leaves out details on how to charge SUV especially what lights mean and lights will go off while charging plus the fan runs also,
