It was a pleasant experience with Emilio Guzman from the get-go when we walked up into the dealership and he offered to help us. He explained clearly the different options we had around the car we were looking for so we can make an informed purchase. He was very patient as we as customers kept switching between cars. He also made sure we know the incentives and applied different applicable incentives to make sure we hit our targeted price. On top of that, we asked to go home that evening and come back the next day with our final decision. He respectfully agreed. The next day, we were happy and confident to make the purchase and he took care of all the details and we were pleased with the 2024 Equinox EV we purchased with the great help from Emilio, he went above and beyond the mark. We will recommend Emilio and AutoNation Gilbert to our close friends and family looking for a car.
