They held the internet pricing without the usual add-ons as per requested. However, they did greatly reduce the price of my trade-in $3,000 below the Kelly Blue Book stated trade-in worth. Admittedly it we in need of a $700 brake job, but other than that my trade-in was in excellent condition . Other than that the experience was very good.
