I drive a hundred miles one way to have my truck serviced in Gilbert, My service advisor Ivan described the process for updating the recall on my truck. It made the trip and the wait (5 hours) bearable, I was able to have breakfast with the grandkids, instead of sitting in the dealership getting lip service that it would be done any minute now. The honesty makes a world of difference!
