My boyfriend took my car in for service and to check on an alert that had popped up during the weekend. He had a great experience; Jason explained what the alert could have indicated (it was gone by the time the car went in), what to do if we see it again, the coverage on the warranty, etc. The oil change was great, per usual, and he provided information on how to stop the loud squeaking from my brakes.
