Ease of scheduling visit and availability of an appointment started us off on the right. I brought my used Trailblazer (which i had purchased recently at a Honda dealership) in to check for an oil leak. My service Advisor, Jason Buis, reached out to me shortly after drop off to let me know there was no leak, just a prior sloppy job, but also a recall item on my vehicle. At his direction I reached out to the dealer I had bought my car from to see if they had ordered the needed part. They had not. When I let Jason know this he was able to find an available part and fix the recall item and my car was ready mid-morning, greatly exceeding my expectations! Thanks to Jason's great customer service, Autonation Chevrolet has earned my trust and I'll be back for any future service needs.
