Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my vehicle in for 2 reasons. 1 for a recall regarding the charge cable. 2 for an issue with the infotainment system not downloading my contacts & recent call history. Left the vehicle for a couple of hours, then was told they replicated the issue with the contacts not downloading, etc. but they didn't spend anytime working on it. Was then told I would have to leave it there for 2+ weeks in order to be in line to have it looked at. After talking to the service manager, he explained that I could take it home, but after I schedule an appointment (which would be several weeks out) that I would have to leave it there 3-5 days once they start working on it. I explained that this is my only vehicle and that I can't be without a car that long, as he explained that a loaner car would not be available either.
