Confirmed Service Customer

Took care in and they completed one of the 2 items that needed to be done. The other item will require a new part. My only complaint is that I feel like the car was at the dealership for a lot longer than it needed to be. I dropped it off at 8AM to have a software update to the infotainment system, but it wasn't completed until around 5PM.
